A wide range of minor surgical procedures can be performed safely in our outpatient clinic under local anaesthesia, including skin lesion and mole excision, cyst and lipoma removal, abscess drainage, wound care and suturing, biopsies (including fine-needle aspiration (FNA) biopsies of the thyroid and other superficial lesions), nail surgery, as well as minor proctological procedures such as haemorrhoid treatment, thrombosed external haemorrhoid excision, and management of selected anal conditions. Most procedures are completed during a single visit, allowing patients to return home the same day with minimal recovery time.
